1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact.

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items returned without original packaging or tags
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@retrowave.co.in with your Order ID and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us or picked up by our courier partner (if applicable).
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (details will be requested).
5. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellation Policy
